The Pupil Trust Board

At Victoria Primary Academy, we believe the best people to help shape our future are the children who learn in our classrooms every day. That is why we are so incredibly proud of our continued involvement in the Wellspring Pupil Trust Board. Now in our third year of participating in this wonderful initiative, our pupil representative joins children from across the wider Trust to give our young people a meaningful voice. It is a dedicated space to collaborate on projects of shared importance.

Recently, the Pupil Trust Board came together at Trent View College to tackle the vital topic of sustainability. The students delivered absolutely brilliant presentations outlining their green visions for the future. They went above and beyond to make their ideas truly compelling, insightful, considered and imaginative by supplementing them with film, 3D scale modelling, AI-enhanced design and Augmented Reality.

These are not just theoretical ideas. Wellspring’s landscape architect Chris Raven was there for the presentations and took away many brilliant ideas that he will help to make real over the coming years..

Whether it is our own Victoria Primary Academy pupils designing green spaces of the future or trustees witnessing the magic of our school in person, coming together to share these experiences is what makes these events so special.
